Classes will be from 7-8pm in the Dance Studio at Amersham School, HP7 9HH. The first 6 week term will run to the 12th February and is offered to family of existing Genesis students at a discounted price of £50. The normal price for non-members is £60 for 6 classes or drop-in is £12 for each class.
Training will be based on martial arts with strength, endurance & conditioning exercises to improve overall fitness. The classes will be challenging, energetic & fun and will be taught by Jenny Rudak who will motivate and be with you every step of the way!
If you would like to attend please email Matt ASAP matthew@genesis-ma.com as places are limited. Anybody who pays for the 6 week course on Tuesday will receive a £15 discount voucher for Sweaty Betty in Beaconsfield.
