Genesis Chalfont

Genesis Martial Arts Chalfont.  Instructor Jett Westwood teaches a kickboxing based syllabus at Genesis Martial Arts Chalfont St Peter. Classes are starting on 2nd July and will be at Chalfont Leisure Centre, Nicol Road, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, SL9 9 LR.

The Dragons class is best suited for 5-8 year olds and starts at 5:30pm finishing at 6:15pm.

The Juniors class is for 9-14 year olds and starts at 6:30pm finishing 7:30pm.

After completing a warm up, students can expect to be put through their paces learning basic, intermediate or advanced Martial Arts techniques and strategy.  These will be a combination of syllabus based techniques, techniques aimed at getting students ready for competition and self-defence.  Classes are also structured with drills designs to improve area of ability such as strength, speed, stamina, power, flexibility, mobility, balance and stability.

Jett is a black belt and has been training with Genesis Martial Arts for over 10 years.  He has a degree in Sports science, is a personal trainer and competes regularly in kickboxing and boxing.
