Another Genesis Interclub Tournament is in the books. We hope that everyone enjoyed the day. We work very hard to bring you all a well organised competitive competition and we certainly saw some students stepping up in level to provide some epic battles today.
A big thank you to all our helpers and referees. We couldn’t run these events without you. Also, a big thank you to all of our students and their parents for your continued support in attending this and all our other events.
Congratulations to all our students that placed today. Your hard work in class is clearly paying off and you must have been listening to your instructors, well most of you anyway. But seriously everyone had to dig deep today due to the good level displayed across all categories so please take time to congratulate yourselves. A massive well done to everyone that took part we know how daunting competition can be and we are all very proud of yourselves.
For students that could not attend today. Our next competition is set for the 15th December. Please save the date and work hard in class to make our December competition bigger and better than ever.
If you would like to improve your light contact sparring, there is competition sparring every Saturday afternoon from 1 – 2pm at the Beacon Centre in Holtspur. Teens 55kgs and over are welcome. Please email matthew@genesis-ma.com if you would like to attend.
