Another Genesis Interclub Tournament is in the books. We hope that everyone enjoyed the day. We work very hard to bring you all a well organised competitive competition and we certainly saw some students stepping up in level to provide some epic battles today.
A big thank you to all our helpers and referees. We couldn’t run these events without you. Also, a big thank you to all of our students and their parents for your continued support in attending this and all our other events.
Congratulations to all our students that placed today. Your hard work in class is clearly paying off and you must have been listening to your instructors, well most of you anyway. Today we saw a big improvement in the level of skill from previous competitions and the number of competitors. We had over 70 fighters competing with 20 of those being girls and young ladies. So a massive well done to everyone that took part. We know how daunting competition can be and we are all very proud of yourselves.
For students that could not attend today. Our next competition is set for the 15th July 2024 also at Wycombe Judo Club. Please save the date and work hard in class to make our December competition bigger and better than ever.
