Fitzroy has over 25 years of training behind him, currently holding a 1st Degree Black Sash in Lau Gar Kung Fu and a 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing.
Teaching in the Slough Area, his dedication has earned him 2x Instructor of the Year Awards. Fitzroy is experienced in Self Defence and Weapon Training, and runs our annual ‘3 The Hard Way’ seminar.

With his broad knowledge of Kung Fu and the Freestyle Karate Syllabus (Kickboxing), Fitzroy has a highly respectable reputation within the Genesis team of Instructors.
