Amazing classes and teachers. My son has really benefited from these lessons in terms of building confidence and improved discipline. They set high goals for all students and really care about their progress.

Corey Cain is an excellent martial artist, who leads by example and is really rather special. With many years training, competing, teaching and continuous self improvement, Corey possesses a wealth of experience, providing outstanding classes, where you can not only get fit and learn a new sport/art, you have the potential to grow as a person in other areas of your life. Corey's classes are fun, safe, effective, disciplined and respectful, attracting like minded and friendly people. Having trained with Corey for over 17 years and counting, travelling on my journey to Black Belt 2nd Dan and beyond, I can definitely vouch for his expertise.

I'm a recent starter, having never done a martial arts before I was sure what to expect but Corey the instructor is really welcoming as are the other pupils. I'm really enjoying it and I can see my progression. I'm fitter and challenged by it so I won't get bored.

My son has been a member of this club for 10 years and still loves it. The coaches are focussed on getting the best out of the students and build confidence. They help to develop leadership skills and foster a real sense of belonging. I would highly recommend them.

The training is safe fun and structured and i love it which is why im still training after 14 years. The instructors are professional and know their stuff. They live, breath and role model positive martial arts values. Corey has enlightened me about fitness, psychology and general health and wellbeing through sharing his extensive knowledge. Its difficult to not become enthusiastic and interested. I have been supported through and come back from injurys, surgerys and having 2 children. I hope to get my children involved in genesis in the future. Can't recommend highly enough. 👊

Corey is by far one of the most dedicated, inspiring, and encouraging people I have met. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn a new martial art, get fit, or find out about themselves to train here. You won’t find a better teacher/mentor/master, or a better school than Genesis Martial Arts.
