Thank you to everyone that attended today’s interclub competition. Today we ran 12 separate categories with 56 students competing.
Our goal when we run these events is to make sure students get the most out of the day, win lose or draw and experience what competition feels like. We hope that you enjoyed the round robin format. It was great to see the improvement students have made since the last competition and to see new winners coming through.
We appreciate all parents that took the time to bring their children along today. We know that there was a bit of waiting around, while we matched students as fairly as possible. By doing this, students will have the best experience.
Finally, we cannot run these events without all of our coaches, referees and helpers. A massive thank you to you all.
Please save the date. The next competition will be on the 17th December.

The Genesis Martial Arts Boot Camp is back. 10 days of training Monday to Friday 9am to 10am starting Monday 26th July on Rye High Wycombe. Each session is taught by a Genesis Instructor. 5-6 km
20-23 Obstacles
The Spartan Sprint: This is our shortest distance. It is perfect for athletes of all levels; from Spartan first timers to seasoned racers. The 5-6 Km Sprint may be our shortest distance but it packs more than 20 Signature Spartan Obstacles. If you think you can’t do it, you’re wrong. Get to the starting line and show yourself what you are capable of.

Further more we will be holding spartan training sessions leading up to the event, these will be 10am at Genesis Martial Arts Oxford:

These training sessions are free and open to all, they will be specifically designed as a “mini spartan race” replicating the running and some of the obstacles you will face in the Spartan Race.
